Article databases

Interlibrary Loan is available to EWU and WSU students and faculty.  If there is an article you cannot find full text or a book not available from the Library catalogs or from Summit you may request it through ILL.  Copyright law states that we can only request one article from any journal issue.  so please  do not request every article in a journal issue.  Interlibrary loan costs are high, both for the copyright and copying fees. eview  the article abstract before requesting.  Dissertation Abstracts often includes the first chapter of the dissertation to help you decide whether you really need it.  EWU charges for items NOT picked up.  (Policies-EWU).  WSU Spokane does not charge---YET.
